Two years ago, after completing my bachelor’s degree, I was researching various MBA programs. As a working adult, the following were fundamentals: an institution that provided flexible learning, favourable methods of tuition payment and an accredited faculty. Having searched high and low, my perfect solution was an MBA with ESGCI.
The program structure is very suitable for any busy professional seeking to enhance their business skills and expedite their career development. The MBA program is precisely designed to offer various working professionals with an incomparable academic and professional growth experience. The program challenges students to reach the pinnacle of their personal aptitudes by challenging them academically and professionally. The course content is an incredible mélange of interactive, participative, and informative learning. The program has clear applicability to everyday work as a first-line manager, midlevel manager or executive level.
As a first line-level manager myself, the MBA program was the complete package for me. The flexible schedule afforded me sufficient time to sustain an extremely demanding work schedule alongside a rigorous course load. The quality of the lecturers and the calibration of the content are phenomenal, the program’s encouragement on collaborative class discussions with fellow peers from various industries with various experiences is very enriching and great learning.
The learning environment and access to various resources are unlike what any part-time or full-time program could offer. Because the classes were small and specialized (approximately 20 students) the learning environment was intimate, rigorous, and enjoyable. I measure the program’s value in not only my career growth, academic learning, and skills development, but also in the opportunities that the ESGCI MBA program gave me to build meaningful, lifelong relationships with a group of like-minded professionals.
As a team manager in the non-profit sector, I am very happy with how the MBA program assimilated multiple perspectives and subject matters that I can apply in my daily work life. My work in the ESGCI MBA program enhanced my management skills and career prospects, thus I was able to secure an international opportunity just after its completion. My insurmountable gratitude goes to all the program coordinators, lecturers, examiners, and auxiliary staff that made this MBA journey such a worthwhile one. For these reasons I highly recommend this program.
